I work with those dealing with early life trauma, loneliness, shame, addiction, relational difficulties, anxiety/depression, gender/sexuality, grief and questions of life purpose. I practice a trauma-informed gestalt therapy, which means I place emphasis on responding to you as a fellow human being. I also run therapy groups periodically. I run a psychotherapy practice based in London, Hackney. I work from my home, online, or I can come to your home if not too far. I believe in making therapy accessible to people who may not think it’s for you.
I offer therapy on a sliding fee scale from £80 - £130. I have a few lower fee places available for people who need them.
