My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I have helped people achieve greater awareness, resilience and meaningful change for 30+ years. I use Transactional Analysis (TA), psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and relational approaches. I bring warmth, humanity and humour into my sessions.
