Many people get to a point of feeling stuck or disconnected, as if something is holding them back from fully engaging with life. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. I mainly work with LGBTQ+ individuals. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, discover new ways to relate to yourself and others, and move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

My therapy style is integrative—centred around building relationship and creating a sense of safety. I draw on various strands of psychotherapy to create a tailored experience that supports you in feeling more whole and connected. At the heart of my practice are Transactional Analysis and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

I will listen to what matters most to you and honour it. Our sessions will be a non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels too challenging to express elsewhere. My aim is to support you in (re)discovering the inner strengths and resources that will help you grow and thrive.
