I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist of 20 years standing, registered through the UKCP Constructivist and Existential College. Having trained in NLP Psychotherapy, I am also a graduate of the Pesso Boyden Training Institute. I offer both in-Person and online Psychotherapy and am currently a Senior Associate Psychotherapist with Nicholas Rose Associates in West London. My approach is relational, based originally in NLPtherapy and since drawing on Family Constellation Therapy and several other body-oriented Humanistic & Psychodynamic approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt and Pesso Boyden Psychomotor (PBSP). I have found Pesso Boyden Psychotherapy in groups achieves the most profound healing for clients.
I work with most psychological issues faced by individuals and couples, in particular early trauma, anxiety and depression. I am experienced at working with underlying family dynamics and patterns of emotional behaviour, as well as the relational problems that arise in couples and relief from the historical traumas that can often run through families.
