Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening and find a way forward.
I work integratively and see therapy as working with the whole person — mind, body, emotions, and your deeper sense of self. I trust that each of us has inner wisdom, even if we lose touch with it during difficult times. I’m LGBTQIA+ allied, neurodivergence-informed, and mindful of how discrimination and inequality can affect mental health.
I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, talk openly, and make sense of what’s happening for you. Therapy is a place to be heard without judgment and to find ways forward that feel right for you. I’ve been working as a therapist since 2005 and hold a Master’s in Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Diploma in Integrative Supervision.
