I have worked in private practice as a psychotherapist for over thirty years, and as a Jungian psychoanalyst since 2012. In that time I have worked with a broad spectrum of people from many cultural backgrounds presenting a vast array of issues. Everyone is different. All that is required of you is to be willing to look into yourself, be open to your feelings, and invite your dreams, because they can help us. Ultimately I can't make the changes for you, you must want to change for yourself.
Jungian analysis is a depth psychology, not a quick fix. An analogy might be a field of nettles. If you want a temporary solution taking a scythe to the nettles will remove the problem in the short term. Jungian analysis is more like digging up the roots of the nettles. It takes longer, and requires considerably more effort, but ultimately the results last.
