I have worked as a psychotherapist for over twenty years and am informed by Humanistic and Integrative theory, philosophy and practice. My orientation is also underpinned by many years of reading, research and analytical work within the field of Analytical Psychology and the work of CG Jung. I can work with clients with many presenting issues including the challenges of every day life. My approach is based in human potential and encourages self-exploration through reflective dialogue, relational processes, creativity, the arts and dreams.
I can work with clients suffering from many different issues including depression, anxiety, stress-related challenges, existential crisis or relational difficulties. This may include working with trauma and loss as well as childhood complexities. I am able to integrate the transpersonal dimension into my practice which includes the exploration of meaning.
I provide a warm and welcoming opportunity for clients to engage in a trusting and supporting therapeutic relationship which can build on their strengths as well as help to recover from painful life experiences. I am able to meet the needs of clients who wish to explore intercultural issues and working with diversity, equality and inclusion in my practice.
