My name is John Andrews and I work using a Humanistic approach with some integrative techniques. I believe that providing a safe nurturing space for you to explore helps to find a way forward. I am passionate about helping my clients find a way through their psychological distress, and endeavour to deeply understand what it is like to be you from your own frame of reference.
I have experience of working with and helping people who have mental health issues. I also have experience of working with addictions and a deep understanding of this issue.
