An accredited BACP counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice, I have 8 years of clinical experience. In my private practice I work with a range of mental health issues. I offer a warm and confidential space in which we can develop a shared understanding of what may be going on for you and how we may be able to tackle it, often by making gentle changes to the way you are relating to yourself and the significant people in your life. I work 'integratively' by approaching the issue from more than one theoretical perspective.
I believe in 'two-person' psychology, which means I honour the relationship between us to be a kind of model of our experience of relationships outside of the therapy room.
