My practice covers mental health (such as depression, shame and anxiety), sexuality and relationships, neurodiversity, addiction, loss, change and more. In the messy reality of life, I find these issues usually overlap.
We'll start wherever you are and work towards where you would like to be.
Counselling can help with whatever difficulty you come with. As a transpersonal therapist, I believe it goes further and points to new ways of being in the world. Through working with whatever it is you need to bring, we'll free up your own inner guidance to discover how life can become deeper and more meaningful for you.
It's my experience that creativity and connectivity are at the core of the human experience. This makes them the heart of any therapeutic journey, starting with an alliance between us.
