Couples—I specialise in supporting couples experiencing emotional difficulties, such as conflict, hurt, or loss of trust. I help you identify unhelpful patterns, gain understanding of each other's perspectives, and explore underlying feelings. Together, we develop a deeper understanding of your needs and a healthier emotional connection with each other.
