Hello, whatever has brought you here, you are welcome and safe.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel difficult right now. Many people who reach out for counselling have been trying to cope on their own for a long time.
I am a BACP registered counsellor and I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something isn’t quite right. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, we can begin wherever you are.
Together, we create a space where you can talk openly and more importantly be heard.
My approach is rooted in the person centered approach. I strive to understand your experience without judgement. Working alongside you so you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Therapy can help you gain clarity, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to move towards the changes you want in your life.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might feel unsure, or wonder whether it’s the right thing for you.
Wherever you are with it, we can take it one step at a time.
If you feel that this approach resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
