I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment in which we can explore your thoughts and feelings, so you can make the changes needed to become the best version of yourself. I am trained in the psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Solution Focused approaches, and all these combined or individually, can be highly effective.
You can get in touch, we can have a conversation about what you want or expect from therapy. I work online with any client in the UK, and in person in Liverpool and Wirral. I also offer "walk and talk" sessions, these take place outdoors, for example in parks or country walks.
