I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and MBT therapist who works both in the NHS and in private practice.
In my private practice I offer individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults from once to four times a week, both online and in person.
I also offer parent infant work, either pre or post childbirth. After birth this involves working with parents and their infants together up until the children are two years of age to support their relationships.
In conjunction with colleagues, I also offer a private Mentalisation Based Therapy programme, involving a weekly online group and weekly individual sessions.
