Yes. Being human can be tricky. We can all get stuck. Stuck in our heads and our feelings, in relationships, work, obsessions and compulsions, stuck in unhelpful behaviours and unhelpful ways of seeing things. But, we can all get unstuck. Practicing since 2002, I would be seen as an integrative therapist and counsellor, integrating multiple therapeutic models and approaches. So, we have many ways to make better sense of life situations: Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, 12-Step, The Work, The I Ching, Neuroplasticity, Mindfulness, Meditation, Dreamwork, The Tangle; Integrative Counselling.
Yes. This is therapy and counselling. And this is more. I’ve found that our wellbeing can thrive with ongoing supportive structures to guide and inspire us. So, included in the therapy, I’ve curated and simplified the proven life approaches we explore together and centred them on-line, so you can return to them at any time. It’s called ‘The Bulb Booth'.
Yes. I believe that everything you need to stay unstuck, is in you. It always has been. It's a matter of understanding how situations we face in life can leave us feeling, then exploring different responses to those feelings. We can connect on-video, on-phone and out-side in County Down. Get in touch, and we can start looking at how best to work together.
