I am an online counsellor who has experience working with clients in the following areas: neurodiversity; anxiety, burnout, and stress; outdated coping habits, compulsions, and 12-step recovery; life transitions and relationship breakdowns; and ex-pat life transitions.
My intention is that you find a more authentic way of being with yourself. That whatever hurts we can engage with in our sessions and seek to let go of. My wish is that you can discover a way in which you can become more accepting of yourself, less inclined to seek external validation and more at peace with the world around you.
I offer a warm, affirming space where you don't have to explain or justify yourself. Rather than following a rigid agenda or conforming to a set role, we work in the present moment. I am person-centred and I so I honour the fact that you are your own expert. I pay specific attention to your process and emotion and I will reflect and highlight that to you.
