Life can be complicated and confusing, we can sometimes feel stuck, stressed out, anxious, depressed or just exhausted with it all. Trying to find your path out, away from negative feelings and thoughts may seem like a monumental struggle. I can provide you with a safe space where we can explore these feelings together. My aim is to support clients to find positive methods of coping and gain understanding to enable them to move forward with their lives.
Being a fully qualified integrative counsellor means I can use aspects of different approaches to tailor sessions to suit individual needs. I have a background of working with dual diagnosis (mental health and addiction) for the Richmond Fellowship and have worked with a wide variety of issues as a voluntary counsellor for MIND.
