Hidayah Neurodiversity is passionate about neuroaffirming support for neurodivergent people. You may have recently received your diagnosis, or have known for a long time. I can provide psychotherapy to support you to process your diagnosis, or sessions to support your executive function. Couple sessions are also available if you and your spouse are looking to process a diagnosis. Parents of neurodivergent children can also access this support.
I am passionate about helping people, and I have worked with people for over 14 years, and specifically in mental health therapy for over 10 years. I offer supportive, empathetic, non judgemental sessions for you, your spouse and/or parents where neurodivergency is present in your lives.
Support for neurodivergent people and their supporters is lacking nationally. I want to offer you a space that understands, that accepts and wants you to live life as you want.
