I have experience of working with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, depression, unsatisfactory relationships, sexual abuse, sexuality & identity, low self esteem, loss and many other concerns that make life feel difficult to navigate. I have specialist training in working with eating disorders, group work and trauma informed therapy.
