Hello, I'm a specialist Trauma Therapist and Psychotherapeutic Counselling. My 20 years of experience includes working with Complex Trauma, PTSD, Childhood and Adulthood Abuse, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Relationship Issues, Low Self-Esteem, Fears, Phobias, Addiction and Life Transitions. I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental safe space where you will feel listened to and valued. I can support you with immediate day to day stabilisation, whilst also working on a deeper level to help you to heal past traumas and underlying issues.
My approach includes evidence-based trauma treatments, psychotherapy and mindfulness techniques working with the body, mind, behavioural and subconscious offering effective stabilisation, emotional regulation, processing and integration. This holistic approach attends to the whole person integratively to support self-empowerment and transformation.
