I provide a grounded and non judgemental space where you can talk openly at your own pace. I pay close attention to what's happening for you in the present moment, your emotions, thoughts, bodily sensations, and patterns of relating.
Grounded in Gestalt therapy, I work collaboratively by tuning into your unique present moment process. I pay close attention to what your body and emotions are experiencing in the room. I will stay curious and work within your world and help you reclaim your sense of self, and find a meaningful, authentic way forward.
