About
I offer warm, non-judgmental therapy, helping you understand yourself, face difficulties, make decisions or begin to make changes. This involves talking about life experiences in a safe space, providing you with support and helping you make future plans. I offer therapy for individuals, couples and young people (12+). I can help with a range of difficulties including anxiety, work related stress, depression, relationship difficulties including sex therapy (low desire, vaginismus, DE, ED & PE), self esteem, bereavement, trauma & addictions including sex addiction. I'll focus on what you want to achieve.
I can help you understand how you are feeling, work through difficulties, discover what options you have, help you find the right path forward, cope with change and/or make changes, learn new ways of coping by creating a deeper understanding of yourself, feel better about yourself and your life, seeing a way forward, working on your goal.
Your therapy is in a peaceful and tranquil environment, yet only 20 minutes from Belfast, Antrim, Ballymena, Larne and Carrickfergus. This space will provide you with valuable time and the space you might need at this time. Take a step forward by getting in touch and booking an initial appointment.
