With 20 years’ experience working as a therapist it is a privilege to work with people taking what can be the bravest of decisions to come to therapy. There is a vast array of noise out there and many questions arise when it comes to seeking therapy, from what type of therapy to what type of therapist. It can all be very overwhelming and confusing. I hope that I can help you in finding a sense of relief and calm amongst these uncertainties, in offering you a safe, experienced and professional space, where we can explore, understand and work with whatever is troubling you in confidence.
I am fully qualified, with full BACP Accreditation alongside a Diploma and Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My practice deploys the Integrative, meaning I’m qualified to work with and draw upon major therapeutic disciplines, including Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic and Solution Focused Therapy. and more recently aspects of neuroscience.
Over the years, I have observed clients responding well and moving forward in the direction that is right for them, finding a new-found curiosity in themselves and their life.
