Joanne Soda currently has a waitlist for new clients.
I am a qualified therapist offering individual therapy in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space; encompassing a wide age group, diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. I have experience working with children through child-led play therapy as well as with adults dealing with a range of issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loneliness, feeling overwhelmed or suicidal. I also provide counselling for those caring full-time for loved ones who feel in need of some respite and an opportunity to focus on their own needs. Therapy can be on a short term basis or on-going/long term.
I can offer a safe, confidential space with bundles of acceptance. I work in a person-centred way with young people and adults, whilst integrating theory to suit your needs.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me.
