As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I specialise in supporting children and young people, particularly those navigating neurodivergence, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, low self-esteem, anger, and anxiety. I also work with young adults and neurodivergent adults. My approach helps clients develop healthy coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and improve well-being. I support families and young people open to exploring innovative, empowering ways to heal. For some children, therapy may also include developing interoceptive awareness and regulation skills.
Every young person is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit their needs. I integrate creative methods like art and play therapy alongside traditional talking therapy. As a neurodivergent therapist, I adapt my work to support neurodivergent clients effectively. I also have specialist training in eating disorders and self-harm.
Watching your child struggle emotionally can be heartbreaking, and it’s natural to feel unsure about the best way to help. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a warm, understanding space where your child can feel safe and supported. If you’re looking for someone to help them navigate their emotional difficulties, I’m here to support both of you.
