If you are going through a time in your life when you feel overwhelmed and need some help and support, I will work with you to help you to resolve whatever issues you are facing. I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, based in Seaham Harbour and I am passionate about what I do and the help I provide. I deliver counselling in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
As your Counsellor I will encourage you to talk about what is troubling you and listen to what you have to say. The aim is to help you become clearer about both the extent and the effect of the problem and maybe to help you recognise possible solutions – ones that will work for you.
I understand that it can feel quite daunting to come to counselling, which is why I offer a free initial consultation, without any obligation. This is to help you make an informed choice about whether counselling is right for you. This consultation can either be by telephone or Zoom, whatever you are more comfortable with.
