My main area of interest is grief and loss, although I deal with an array of associated issues. Through my experience working as a counsellor for Macmillan, I have helped people who have cancer and their family members with their mental health and general well-being.
People often find it helpful to talk about their feelings with someone from outside their inner circle, family or friends as many feel that they don’t want to burden people with their problems and fears. I can provide a safe, confidential, neutral space where you can make sense of what you're thinking and feeling.
