I specialise in working with Adults, CPTSD, Autism, PD, DID, Diagnostic Autism Assessment. I offer short term, ad hoc, or long term therapy. Single or multiple event trauma. People come to me with a variety of conditions and we work together at both a practical and therapeutic level. I will tell you if I feel I am not the therapist for you. I have special interests in CPTSD, Autism and Intellectual Disability. I am experienced in working with LGBTQ+ clients. I specialise in EMDR, IFS, and Psychodynamic approaches. I draw upon Systemic, CBT, ACT and SFT. I offer single clinician or MDT Autism assessments.
I bring a developmental and psychological understanding of the issues. As we think through your past, present, and goals for the future we will develop a holistic plan drawing upon a range of techniques that suit you and your goals.
