Since qualifying as a therapist 2010 I’ve supported adults through the NHS, Charities and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). I can help navigate anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I support those who have experienced historic abuse or neglect in childhood or within adult relationships and those experiencing current conflict in relationships or family conflict. (Please note: I work with individuals only; I do not offer couples therapy). I help with managing stress and change, such as; divorce, work-related stress or life transitions.
I practice as an Integrative Therapist. This means I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, I adapt my methods to meet your specific needs, blending the empathy of Person-Centred Therapy with the practical insights of Transactional Analysis (TA) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
