About
A very warm welcome I am an adult and child counsellor, clinical supervisor and positive psychology coach, registered with the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy and the National Counselling Society. As an integrative practitioner I am able to draw on several approaches to best suit your needs. I am based in Hornchurch and I offer therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Are you constantly tense, worried or on edge? Unable to concentrate, Experiencing negative thought patterns, Feeling overwhelmed and anxious, Low self-esteem, no confidence, and no motivation, experiencing narcissistic abuse and gaslighting!
The daily challenges of life can become overwhelming and whilst family and friends can be a great source of comfort and support, speaking to those personally involved can be difficult. I offer a space for you to share those concerns, and not being personally involved means I can be objective . I offer a confidential space for you to share your worries.
My professional experience ranges from working with bereavement in a hospice, a college setting, and primary and secondary schools. I have managed a counselling project in a school for a large organisation and a been school counsellor in various schools in different boroughs. I also work closely with Havering local authority within schools.
