I also offer Hypnotherapy and Holistic therapies, so that I can help you think not only about your mind but body & spirit too if you want to? As well as working in Private practice; since 2010, I have worked in the field of Substance misuse and addictions, as a counsellor and Recovery Worker.
In this work I have played a part in helping people to overcome huge unimaginable obstacles in their lives and I hold the belief that if you really want to change something or change the way to think about something - then with the right support this is very possible, and can often be (sometimes tough) but a beautiful worthwhile journey.
