I am a child centred counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy specialising in supporting children, young adults and parents. My work focuses on helping individuals understand each other better, build stronger relationships, and overcome emotional and behavioural challenges in a safe, supportive space.
My professional journey began with a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care (NNEB), followed by a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies, a Batchelors in Education Studies, and a Foundation Degree in Counselling Studies.
I have extensive experience working in schools and family settings, both in the UK, USA, Switzerland and Egypt, supporting children and young people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the developmental social, and emotional challenges that young people face today.
I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and empathetic counselling style that encourages trust and openness, I use a person-centred and integrative approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the child or family. My aim is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and positive coping skills while improving communication and emotional wellbeing
