I am an empathic and caring Counsellor working in a holistic and individual way, with you as the client at the centre of our work. I specialise in Stress and Anxiety and its affect on Relationships. I will help you identify your causes of stress as well as understand how early life experiences and traumas affect our emotions and behaviours in the here and now. Using a range of techniques and strategies I will show you how to manage this and improve your relationships with others.
I am here to listen you, to understand your world and help you make sense of all that it is around you in a safe, supportive and confidential space. I am not here to judge or make comment on your life choices, with me, you will have a voice and be heard. Its my aim to empower you to believe in yourself that you can and will make the right decisions for you.
