Life is dynamic and as such we must, at various stages of our lives, transform in order to grow and cope with the spectrum of experiences that we will encounter. The many difficulties (and often traumas) of childhood can play major roles in our adult life, often without us being consciously aware of their influence. Unexamined habits and outdated thought patterns can cause havoc in our daily lives and really affect our relationships with ourselves and others. These difficulties and traumas can manifest as blockages to our potential. My aim is to assist you in locating these blocks, understand them and to work through them with you.
As an integrative practitioner, I don't believe that one size fits all. I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor the therapeutic process to the individual sitting in front of me.My specialist areas include, but not limited to, substance misuse, problematic drinking, and behavioural addictions such as sex addiction and problematic pornography use.
