Hello. Our life experiences have an impact on us and how we feel about ourselves, the world and the other people in it. I help people develop their confidence and self esteem and sometimes I help people to change the things in life that aren't working for them. For some people therapy is about reaching a point of acceptance with the things they can't change. We do this by working together to create a safe, supportive, respectful therapeutic relationship. I enjoy helping people to feel better about themselves and their lives.
Over time life experiences can begin to weigh us down. Whether that's a number of small things or larger events. I use talking therapy and EMDR- an efficient 'tool' that allows for the processing of experiences that are getting in the way of living life, creating space to explore new pathways, whether that’s personally or professionally.
