| Polski I am a UKCP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist. My approach is relational, embodied, and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that healing begins in connection. I support clients in slowing down, becoming curious about their experiences, and discovering new ways of relating to themselves and others — attending not only to words, but to what is felt, held in the body, and left unsaid.I work with individuals carrying complex histories — including trauma, migration, neurodivergence, or experiences of marginalisation. Many of my clients have relied on survival strategies that helped them survive in the past but now keep them stuck.
I am particularly drawn to exploring identity shifts, cultural displacement, and transgenerational trauma — including the subtle ways inherited patterns live on in the present. I also support women navigating fertility, pregnancy, and the transition into parenthood, where questions of identity, autonomy, and past experience can come into sharper focus.
