Working with people to help them through trauma, distressing life events, adverse childhood experiences, the knock-on effects of dealing with bereavement of any sort, the impact of living with long term ill-health, disability or coming to terms with a new diagnosis, truly is my passion. These are some of the many reasons people come to see me, but I also work with young people (aged 13+) supporting them with friendship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, dealing with the effects of bullying, figuring out their gender identity and supporting them with the impact of divorce and of having a narcissistic parent in their life.
In fact, any of those things can apply to adults as well, so if that's something you're still dealing with in adulthood, please know that you are not alone, and it's never too late to seek help.
I offer both online and in-person sessions, or a combination of the 2 to suit your circumstances. I currently see clients out of the Cranberry Wellbeing centre in Eastleigh, which is centrally located, within walking distance of the train station & has limited free parking. I have appointments throughout the week, both daytime & evenings.
