I am Joanna, a psychotherapist working one-to-one with adults in the London Bridge area. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you are returning to address new circumstances, or whether you want to look again at issues you have not yet resolved, I can help you begin to make sense of the situation you are in and your responses to your world and the people who matter to you.
I have worked in the voluntary sector and the NHS supporting people who live with chronic health conditions, are facing life-changing diagnoses, coping with bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience working with people who are impacted by the burdens of poor health and those who care for them both personally and professionally
My background equips me to work with people who are experiencing fears for their health and crises in their relationships, and those who are struggling with the meaning and direction of their life. Outside of my private practice I work in St Bartholomew's hospital in oncology and palliative care.
