I have wide-ranging experience helping clients with a variety of trauma related issues such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress, intrusive thoughts & suicidal ideation. Depending on a client's circumstances and needs I use Person-Centred approach combined with CBT, or trauma-informed therapy.
