I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Play Therapist and Mental Health Nurse. I have a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings within the NHS in therapist roles. These included child and adolescent mental health teams, and several specialist eating disorders services. I specialise in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, emotional and behavioural problems. As a CBT therapist I aim to help people to identify their unhealthy thoughts and behaviours, and collaboratively work together to challenge these and bring about change
