At the heart of therapy is the need to feel truly seen and heard — met with understanding and compassion. I offer a space where you can bring whatever is present, you dont have to face it alone.
I often use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a parts-based approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself, that shape how you think, feel, and respond to life. Many developed to protect you but can keep you stuck. By exploring them with curiosity and compassion, insight, flexibility, and greater vitality can emerge.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our work together will be collaborative and guided by you. What if you’re not broken — and never were? What if your struggles are not failures but signals, pointing towards something vital that makes sense when seen clearly?
