I work with adults experiencing trauma, emotional neglect, addiction, shame, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. These patterns are often survival strategies that can be understood and gently changed in therapy.
I offer integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy. We work collaboratively at your pace to gently explore what you’ve been carrying, make sense of your experiences, and develop greater emotional clarity, stability, and self-understanding.
