If you're feeling stuck, low, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I can support you to navigate your experiences. I can help you to cope with depression, anxiety, dissociation, and symptoms associated with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), such as intrusive memories, flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, and difficulty trusting others. I will work with you to understand how your past may be influencing you, your relationships and how you see yourself. Having a late ADHD diagnosis myself, I'm passionate about supporting those who are neurodivergent or are exploring whether ADHD may be relevant. I offer ADHD assessments.
I also offer therapy to those in the criminal justice system. If you are a victim of crime I can support you to process the trauma you have faced. For those facing legal consequences I can support you to navigate the system and address behaviours that are causing you difficulty, so you can lead a happier life. I will not judge you on your experiences.
