I am experienced in many issues, but extensive experience in Disability, Domestic Abuse, Relationship Issues, Neurodivergence, Attachment, Loss, Stress, OCD, Anxiety, Sleep issues and Depression.
I can help you begin to understand how past events, people and experiences may be responsible for your current beliefs, behaviours and actions. By helping you to see things in a new way it allows you the choice of change.

I offer short and long term counselling to children, individuals and couples. Using an Integrative approach it allows the flexibility needed to offer tailor-made counselling for you.
