We can all find ourselves in impossible, stressful & distressing circumstances which impact our ability to function. As an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I aim to offer you a warm, safe, judgement free space away from the pressures of everyday life. Being accepted, heard & validated through therapy helps us to begin to untangle & make sense of our experiences & ultimately improves our ability to cope. We can begin to understand ourselves & others better, recognise unhelpful patterns, find new ways of managing & move on to make the changes we need.
I have extensive experience working with adults, young people, & families with a broad range of presenting concerns. I’ve run responsive counselling services for busy private & state schools, supporting students, staff and parents of children experiencing SEMH challenges. I'm trained in a range of modalities & work creatively to help you meet your goals.
Choosing a therapist can be pretty daunting. Our first session will be about creating a sense of safety, building connection & trust between us to identify how therapy might be of best use to you.
