At times life can become too much, you may be struggling and feeling stuck, not knowing which way to turn. You may chose to explore relationships, patterns of behaviour and influences from the past or present. Choices made due to abuse, trauma or any other issues may be holding you back from your true potential. Either way, we can work towards seeking greater understanding of your unique problems in a non-judgemental curious way.
My integrative, holistic approach means I am informed by a number of theories that I bring to our collaborative relationship. Amongst other things, I support adults with anxiety, grief, lack of self confidence, meaning in life and suicidal risk. I also work with survivors of relational, developmental and environmental trauma and how these affect life today.
I offer you a safe, confidential, non-judgmental place to be heard and understood, in a world that can be scary and challenging at times, Call me for a free initial 20 minute consultation, where I will listen to your problems, needs and goals before arranging an initial counselling session to work through your difficulties.
