I work with people who are in some way feeling inner distress. Perhaps they've faced something painful or traumatising in the past and the emotional residue of it remains inside. Perhaps they have experienced loss, or are facing grief - for a loved one, for a time, even for themselves (that feeling of who you really are in your own life). They might be struggling with a situation that feels difficult, even overwhelming, (anything from a relationship or a work problem, to an inner understanding of their own sexual or gender identity). They might wake each day to a feeling of anxiety or dread, drained of energy and facing depression.
Everyone has the right to happiness. We all face challenges in life. Some, because of the cards they're dealt, face many. But we all have inner resilience and resourcefulness inside, even if they seem to have gone missing. I had to find these things in my own life, digging deep to get through a time of confusion and despair. My job is to help you do it too.
I'd love to hear from you. I offer face-to-face sessions near London Bridge and in Tunbridge Wells, Kent or online sessions. You'll get empathy, support, full attention and the occasional challenge, to help get you where you want to be - based on my training in a wide range of approaches.
