BACP registered integrative Counsellor since 2011. After 7 years as School Counsellor, Bradford Grammar School I'm now in Private Practice working F2F & online with adults and young people. I've also worked at Noah's Ark Halifax & Calderdale Women Centre. My passion is empowering adults & young people to lead emotionally healthier lives.
I offer open-ended sessions for as long as you need them. The first is an initial assessment where we explore presenting issues and decide whether we can work together. We discuss what you want from therapy and set appropriate goals. Each session will focus on what you want to explore. Every six sessions we review your progress & plan the way forward.
