I am a qualified, BACP registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 12 years experience delivering confidential, compassionate support to individual adults and young people aged 11 and above.
I can also work with therapists/professionals to support your clinical casework, providing a relational, collaborative and reflexive supervision practice.
I see clients face to face and online. I also run a specialised Walk & Talk Therapy service where we take traditional counselling outdoors, using nature and walking to reflect, regulate our nervous systems and heal.
