Since I began my counselling journey I have helped many people deal with the difficulties that life throws at us. No one is immune from problems, from the past or in the present. I offer a non judgemental confidential and safe space for you to explore and work through your issues. I work safely and ethically and always have your best interests at heart. I believe we all have the answers inside us and with a little help we can find the solutions that are best for us. I believe that mental health is equal to physical health, often we do not recognise that everyday stress is effecting our ability to cope with everyday life.
I offer individual and couples counselling, specialising in women's issues. I also offer the option to walk and talk as I believe that connecting with nature can often help us see things more clearly. I understand it is hard to accept help. I have been there!! Call me for a 20 minute chat and see where it leads... it might be the best thing you ever did.
I offer a 20 minute free telephone session before you commit to therapy. Alternatively, I offer a 30 minute face to face initiall meeting for £20.00. This will enable us to establish a connection and decide if we can form a good working relationship.
